Got to phone tax credits as teenie has decided he doesn't want to go to College anymore *rolls eyes* will do online form for family allowance too, also sorted out emergency MOT for tomorrow, got vehicle checked and pulled over by the cops yesterday and MOT has run out  I was mortified, beetroot and hacked off all at the same time, he only picked on me cos I've got an old caranyway I blame hormones cos I'm usually on top of things like that, did do my tax return tho so wooooo! :j

As you can all see I have been a busy girl today. DS2 and 3 are off school today. DS2 is swinging a leg I think. DS3 has indoor PE today and they do it barefoot so I kept him home.
My Mum took me to see the hand consultant. He is pleased with my progress and has booked my operation for 11th April.
I'm pleased as I can now arrange DH's birthday celebrations without imminent surgery hanging over me.
SIL is upset, both her adult children who still live at home have split up with their long term partners in the last 2 weeks. The whole family is shell shocked.
On a happier note the boyfriend has a job interview today.
Hugs to helenJ, Natty 68, Toots, Lamewolf and lady L.

Afternoon everyone
Just popped on to see today's list as i'm determined to get up to date this week - famous last words! I've not stopped today as it is but that's just been walking dogs, washing clothes, rehoming everyones general carp back to their own rooms. When everyone comes home they'll find a pile of their gibble in the middle of their room/study (including hubby) - made me feel so much better.
Hugs to everyone xx
Edited to add list which will gradually disappear as i do stuff.

Okies, second coat of the one coat gloss has now been applied. Mum toddled over and made a negative comment as I had not painted the inside of the cupboards... which has made me a tad grumpy. Oh well.
I think I have done well considering I have had no help so far and this is a bungalow so its no simple job doing the hallway. I have 6 rooms leading off it, an airing cupboard and a coat cupboard which needed the doors glossing too. Grumble, whinge, moan..
Anyway time to have a coffee and then I can make a start on todays list. The kitchen is in need as it is full of tins of paint etc and still has washing up on the draining board..
