hijack this log. I think!

Hi all,
Trying to speed up my pc a bit as per this post -

this Hijack this log looks like this - I'm just trying to remember how to post the bit about commit charges... The post doesnt say why I need to post this - but if its helpful here goes!

Thanks for any help, am struggling a bit even with the "easy guide!"

    Part of the Furniture 1,000 Posts Name Dropper
    Download and run CCleaner. Click 'Tools' on the left and then 'Startup'.
    Delete the entries for:

    Java Update Scheduler
    nerocheck
    adobe reader speed launch
    AbobeARM
    nwiz
    nvcpl
    quicktime task
    iaanotif
    cmaudio
    openoffice quickstart
    and sm1bg

    Then uninstall McAfee and install a lighter antivirus like MSE

    mse isn't lightweight, use avast

    it's much easier if you follow the guide first before posting a log. if you are struggling with any aspect, post what you don't understand.

    There is a section on commit charge, and why it's important, ctrl alt dell, task manager, performance.

    Ok - main prblem at teh moment is
    1. getting a screenshot into tinypic - or wherever - so i can post it. :o
    Cant seem to save the image as anything that tiny pic will post (is tis cos i have open office>?)

    don't worry about tasklist (which you have to do from the start, run, cmd) prompt, follow the instructions in order

    oK - thank you.

    Ii have removed the files above on the ccleaner bit and am now running malwarebytes full scan. So remiving mcafee and installing avast is the next step when thats done.

    I've got one of the power save plugs if thats wat you mean? An intelliplug...
    Btw i still cant get thetasklist to run - im doing start, run, and then typing both tasklist and tasklist /svc, but the page only comes up for about a second?
