I'm trying to order a sale item for store pickup which it says is available. It lets me choose the store but then says 'there is a slight problem with your order' and the only way to get past it is to choose home delivery which I don't want.

Any way around this?

Edit: Just phoned customer services who said there was an error on the website which made it look like store pick up was available on sale items but they're actually home delivery only. Very disappointed

I remember earlier in this thread, someone stated you cant do in store collection for sale items. Its a rule they are now using. BUT....someone mentioned that buying full price items with the sale item was possibly allowed to be the exception.

I don't think there is any way round it, at checkout level the sale items are highlighted as not being available for store collection and you either have to remove them or opt for home delivery and pay the postage. Am I right in thinking nobody is finding the 'gift' of free home delivery in their basket now?

My free shipping disappeared after I ordered the reduced price crimbo paper...maybes they didn't like an order of £4.50 and free shipping

I must be mad! Have I not learnt my lesson yet?!

Despite all the previous bad experiences and cancelled orders, I am yet again placing an order.

I have an event coming up and the the silver Speziale corsage dress would be perfect. IF it turns up!
