cos i know some of us wanted some items badly and its OOS really fast. It might help others.

    just a suggestion.

Great idea but I don't think mse site allows trading. :(

Me too!:( At one time, a size 14 was a size 14, but now, you can have 6 tops, all size 14s and all different sizes! I have M & S tops ranging from a size 12 to a size 18 - and they all fit!

I placed 3 orders with M&S around the time this thread was started. I received an email stating my first order would be delayed until the 14th February (due to postage problems). I thought great, at least I will get the items. This morning I woke to find that the whole order has been cancelled!!!!!
Mine has been cancelled too :(

I placed my order on the 29th January when this thread first started. The only item they are sending is the full price item I added to make it up to the £150 (to get the free delivery). They are now charging me full delivery charge just for that  They needn't even bother sending it as far as I'm concerned.

Oh well I've saved some money I suppose, to spend somewhere other than M&S.

The reply that they sent to me in regard to the cancellation, only stated that the items were out of stock and they provided a link to the the new 'similar' per una items!! Yes, not quite similar when the original cost of my items was around £300 but at sale prices it was only £65. Absolutely rubbish customer service!!!
  • I've been really lucky with my sales orders and received most of it. I've had delivery charges refunded initially when the items were showing available for home delivery. On my last order I ordered 2 items unfortunately they cancelled 1 meaning I was paying for one item to be delivered and as it was despatching soon I couldn't cancel it. It took 3 emails to get the delivery charge refunded but in the end they did so if you don't get the answer you want the first time try again.

Managed to order a coat for £12. I tried to order it for £45 on Christmas Eve, but it got deleted from my order.

Fingers crossed I get it this time!

Thanks to All Ebayed Out for putting the link in this thread.

Didn't get it this time either. Just had cancellation email.
