Re Delivery charges - I'd placed 2 orders for over £150 and couldn't get the free nominated delivery to work but I emailed them and they've now taken off the delivery charges for both orders (one order is now less than £150 as things have since gone out of stock!). It's definitely worth giving them a call or emailing them re refunding delivery charges.

If you order a full price item at the same time as sale goods they will deliver to the store. Worth noting i think!!!

If anyone has ordered anything in the "Speziale" range eg expensive or has any of it in the saved basket can they check for any new pictures leading off of it please - even if showing oos in your basket as I had just found 2 new items not seen before.
