I've just phoned M & S about delivery charge. To be expected, I was told that sale items aren't included. When I said pages were showing store delivery available (as per screen prints) before checkout she said "in this instance" she would refund postage. So, might be worth a phone call.

In the end I left the cocktail shaker and went for the Caterham Car instead, it's being delivered on the 12th (of never)

Same thing happened to me, only I emailed them last night, and mine's being refunded too.
