Got mine the next day too, great service, i paid extra and got a fridge magnet too which is great. The keyring is far to big to use, so I woudl advise against it.

I have tried under my husbands name and email address and mine and both are saying that we are not new customers when we too have never ordered from this company. Really annoyingas I don't mind paying the postage I wanted a fridge magnet for a stocking filler for my husband of him and our seven month old.

I had this problem, if you log out, clear your cookies and then log back in it should work fine.

Got my keyring this morning, its huge, but still a great freebie, thanks :T
