    Got a reply to my quality complaint, they agree that it should never have been sent out & are re-doing free of charge for me so am a happy bunny again:D Looks like their CS are on the ball by the response I got too so they have earned back some brownie points in my book:T

    They have changed the offer now,you need to pay for postage.
    I think the op needs to amend title now....
