While there is an element of free speech on here it isn't up to any user to suggest another user stop posting on MSE.

With respect, if you're really that bothered about duplicate threads clogging up forum boards then maybe you should submit a merge request for the Versace Crystal perfume sample thread you posted earlier this evening on the Freebies No Spend board - that offer has already been posted there and has been kicking around for over a month!

I wouldn't normally point out duplicates or mistakes but thought perhaps this might be a polite and friendly reminder that nobody is perfect and any of us can make mistakes!!!

You are not the subject of this thread, arran m simply gave your comments as an example, and she didn't even name you when doing that. The subject of this thread is duplicate postings, and she raises a valid point.

I don't think that I'm coming across badly at all. How do you come to that conclusion?

You started this thread specifically to criticise me (you may not have named me but nevertheless I recognised my posts in the description, and you have directly quoted me). I have been pretty measured in my response imho. If you want to raise concerns with a board guide, a PM would suffice. As opposed to a public thread.

I have not asked arran m to stop posting... I have merely asked her to stop criticising people for double posting. And to consider whether spending so much time on MSE is causing her stress levels to rise. Because she does seem to be getting het up over very minor issues.

I agree that she should PM a board guide if she feels that a post/thread should be moved, instead of antagonising others. Thank you for pointing that out, and I hope that she takes your advice. The Grabbit board will be a better place for it. Live and let live and all that...
