Quidco or Topcashback?

Who's more reliable for paying out on 12 month sim only deals?

Just I'm going to take out a 12 month sim only deal with Vodafone and can't decide who's more reliable - Quidco or Topcashback?

I've heard horror stories about both companies but surely everyones experiences can't be bad?!

I don't think its the cashback company you need to worry about, its who your taking the deal with. 3 are apparently terrible and never pay up where as e2save seem to have a good record and phones4u seem to be getting better. No idea about the other brands or companies though.

i've received 175 from quidco for b/b and mobile from o2 it did take its time but did arrive. don't think i've lost any payments due from them. tho i don't use that often.

Currently TCB are paying 1% more cashback than Q (and no £5 annual deduction with TCB)

I've had a few things not tracked with Quidco lately. Haven't tried TCB yet.

my partner and I both took out a 12month simplicity sim contract with O2 last year at the same time. I went through quidco and she went through topcashback. They both tracked and paid out at roughly the same time. They both paid out less than they advertised (O2's fault). They then both accepted a claim and paid up the extra at roughly the same time. just ensure you keep all receipt details for any claims.

I've used Totalcashback several times and, touch wood, never had a problem yet. Even with 3.

theres a big thread somewhere that vodaphone cashback is taking a year plus to be paid out. It on quidco but dont know if top cashback are any better. id have a look for that before you do anything

Took me 13 months to get cashback from Quidco on a 12 month deal by having to Email a vodafone Exec directly

Ive forsaken Quidco now and use TopCashBack and have had no problems as of yet

My Orange contract for £80 didn't track with TCB a three weeks ago, Have put in a claim. All my small purchases track within hours....
Quidco, only once not tracked, put in claim and it was dealt with straight away.
