Best Bank account for someone with a default

    Try the Citibank account (full visa account), no one has had any problems as far as i can see from the Citibank thread despite some appalling credit problems! £50 cashback if you apply through the Quidco website too! Good luck

    As the above member says , Look at Citi bank. I applied for account via quidco, accepted within 14days got the current account details through.

    I have a terrible credit record, They seem to accept most people, infact I have not heard anyone being declined by them.

  • i dont earn £1500 a month tho, an cahoot provide me with online banking and a debit card.

    You dont need to pay £1500 in, thats just for overdraft facilities. I believe Citibank have online banking, remember its the full Visa better than Electron!

    I would wait to hear if you have the Cahoot account first,
