    This comes from a workmate who used to cycle 18 miles each way to work, had a rather surreal conversation with her one day about how she used to get really sore "down there" and that it was cured by getting the bike set up properly rather than cycle pants and gel saddles.

    It's FREE too.;)

    It's all to do with the way the bike and you are set-up.
