OP, Robert Whytle LTD have fairly good prices (not the cheapest) but they do throw in a 5 year warranty. Again check the avforum ^

Great spot! I'll be ringing JL first thing tomorrow to get a refund for the difference. You get 28 days after purchase to claim.

The PRC saving isn't quite as it appears at first glance! You have to also buy a Sony HDD player to get this deal. A clever or not so clever marketing trick. I thought it sounded too good to be true.

does that mean the tv can only be bought at £1484 if you also buy the dvd as a package at an additional cost. JL also sell the same dvd for £200 (half price) would JL price match the package?

I am struggling to get JL in Peterborough to do pricematch.

Current best deals I am aware of:-

JL online. TV + DVD with 5 year guarantee £1995

Paul Taylor GPA Peterborough. TV £1569. (£1749 with 5 yr warranty)

Empire direct £1599

Any help appreciated
