    Think I ve received everything now... must check... except a few copies of Spiderman.

    I too had the email about them being unavailable and the offer of the Platinum versions.

    Pushed my look and emailed them saying that I didn't want the Platinum versions and could I have another £19.99 item instead.

    Was refused and told that all they could offer was the Platinum version and if I didn't want that then they would have to charge me £9.99 for the other items on my orders.

    Doesn't seem right that we're offered a lower price item as is the Platinum version or the £9.99 'refund' when the original cost of this item at time of purchase was £19.99.

    Not that I'm moaning at all !! Just learning from you lot to go just that one step further with customer services !!! :D

    nope platinum games are exactly the same as the original games apart from the cover has a silver(platinum) border. it definetly has manuals etc.

    I've been Money Tipped!
    I rang cust services who say you have to allow up to 50 (yes fifty) days for delivery if the itms aren't in stock!

    You can of course cancel at any time.

    Don't want to cancel tho as my step daughter will be really disappointed.

    Will have to be patient !

    Received Shrek 2 and Spiderman 2 today.
    Got the original Spiderman 2 and not the Platinum version that they said they would have to send instead.
    Still not heard anything about the Man United Game or Singstar. Its been 30 days since the order was placed :mad:

    Is anyone else still waiting for Shrek 2? I had my 1st game within about 3 days of ordering but havenmt heard a word from them since!!!!
