I got the old "unfortunately we are unable to process your request as your payment card has been declined upon presentation to the bank" email but a quick call to customer services seems to have sorted it out. Fingers crossed again.Nice to save.0

Same for me with the declined bit. I think they were trying to wriggle out of it. I used my credit card before and after Sainsburys and they were the only ones who declined. Fine after a callto customer services. Thanks op.0

Just received one of these payment error emails.
Can't see what the problem would have been with the payment, monies were available.
Seems some orders went through on one credit card and others on a debit card. The orders on the Sainsburys credit card using the £5 off voucher were the ones they declined. Guess they think I was really pushing my luck with those orders lol !
Any tips on what responses I should make to their claims ?!0 -

The discount code is valid if used with a Sainsburys card, so I don't think you have anything to worry about!
I had the same email AFTER the DVD BOGOF loophole had closed, rang them and they reprocessed the payment with no problem. I'd give it a go!!0 -
Their customer service had an answer phone message on Friday. They rang me back today and I was told it was their connection in relation to the credit card not me, so they just put my card through again - No problems, so fingers crossed.** Getting back in the swing of saving again.... **

How come I get the hassle ? LOL !
CO just rang and when I explained the problem I was told that I would have to take it up with the finance department ( which is all automated ! ) NO !
Claimed I must have inputed my details incorrectly. Only when I asked for them to read out what I did input to show that it was all correct did they then 'have a word with the manager' and offered to try processing again !
What's the betting that the order is processed at the new updated price ?!?! LOL !0 -
Recieved Spider Man 2 today but not my other games. I ordered 4 in total but my invoice said only Shrek 2 was to follow.How lucky am I to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard - Winnie the Pooh0
