I read that health officials have admitted that the conditions that qualify for free scripts should be updated, I was once in a situation where money was so tight I had to go without inhalers, had I suffered a serious attack it would have cost the NHS over a years worth of inhalers just to send an ambulance. However, I was quite lucky as when my father realised he bought me a prepay certificate, which saves so much money if you get a lot of items.0
