if id have spent £40 getting somebody to make it then i probably would have had a bigger bouquet but im quite pleased that i made it myself
I am not bossy I just have better ideas:p
  • They look lovely!! Id originally gotten a really small foam bouquet as I intend to keep it not toss it so smaller can be out away safely. Was smaller than this and should of been £45 ( I Obviously didn't pay that much lol)
My big fat eBay wedding £1200 budget! 1st September 2012!!
Mummy to two little soldiers and still mothering my solider htb! X

  • Bubbles: that's gorgeous! well done! Are they foam?

Fawny - go to the pub to write your vows and say you're not allowed to leave until they're done/ We did this and found that they got surprisingly easier to write the longer we stayed there! They turned out really nicely too.

Today, instead of revising for exams on monday (oops) - I designed and printed our Orders of Service and the little thank-you slips to go with our favours!

I bet that's a load off your mind Katie.

Less than a month now for us  I got my tree printed last week, look absolutely AMAZING! :D Got my Table settings printed. Just need to wait til the day now and take the mirror from the hallway down and put them on there. New dress fits amazingly still :D so chuffed with that....OH still doesn't know...

I haven't really done much with the List apart from take find chair covers off as we're not bothering with them anymore. Waste of money tbh. Still can't believe there's less than 30 days left to go...I remember when I looked and it was over 400 days to go!
What's yours is mine and what's mine is mine..

    Hello All,

Catherine - well done, it all looks & sounds great i really admire all you crafty people you are so clever.

Katie - :j for you place names & table cards been on there way:D

Nene - Glad the new dress is great, hopefully you will be able to sell the other 2 after the wedding.

I did put pen to paper last night & start my vows, once I got going it was not too bad & the large glass of red did help:rotfl:So i'm with you on the pub idea.

I also started to make our name cards for people, as i've said before i'm not crafty but though i'd have a go. I made 2 different ones & they were ok but not what i'd imagined, showed them to OH & he was not at all keen & though they looked rubbish so ebay it is now to get some. We have found a few sellers where they are not too expensive & seen some lovely ones & looks like they can do them in 5 days so we have enought time. I think i's going to cost about £8 for the 17 we need so not too bad & at least they will look smart! I think thats the last time I try to diy!:rotfl:
