I ended up paying this...annoying isn't it :mad: . Can you not cancel and apply in someone else's (husband/wife/partners) name at the new address. I would have done this if I had known. Also this way you will get a brand new dish and digibox, mine died shortly after moving...even more annoying :mad: :mad:This site has saved me a fortune :money: ...it's also cost me a fortune! :doh:

Hi, we have a 10 month old sky contract but want to know what is the cheapest way to upgrade to sky+. Do we take out a new contract in partners name and cancel old one?? Any ideas welcome. Thanks0

same here
been skyless for a month now ,missed it a bit but not as much as i thought i would.
anyone manage to get a decent deal when they`ve rang back up to re-connect.

I was on the £13.50 and never really watched much of anything so I called up to cancel and was offered the £19.50 package at half price for 3 months.
This will see us past the summer holidays and at that point I will call back and cancel it completely - unless of course they have a better offer - I am a sucker for a good deal !!!
