    All we want it for is to upload pictures and view them, which we cannot do in the current template. Do you know where I can do this Jazzy?

    I used the "upload picture" mod on my forum

    If you have the "easymod" installed on your board it's dead easy to install, so if you can get easymod set up first.

    Not sure if I have easymod, will log into the servers now.

    What does easymod do? Just let you shove it in there and it sorts itself?

    you have to upload the "upload picture" mod folder into the following directory admin/mods/

    Go into your admin control panel on your forum find MOD Center and then Install Mods!

    Chances are you do not have easymod installed then? Go to the easymod page link above, it explains on how to install easymod.
    Once it's installed it saves loads of time it's all done with a click, and modifies all of the templates on the board.

    Thanks, coz it was in my directory, I assumed it had been installed. I have took over from a lazy admin, so he obviously hasnt bothered.

    OK so I installed it, but I dont think I put the correct field path in because it is not seeing the uploadpic thingy. :confused:

    I put in /public_html

    It should be installed in /public_html/your_forum_folder/admin/mods/

    I cannot remember if you have a mods folder already in the admin folder? If you haven't just create a new folder (in the admin folder) and name it mods, this is the one to install the easymod folder into.

    Sorry, I didnt put myself across well.

    I mean when I was installing EM, it asked for FTP path to phpBB2, so I just put in /public_html

    Or should it be /public_html/(then another folder here)
