EDIT: just seen this: "For promotional coupons we first need to receive all entries here in our office. The way promotions work is that once we receive the coupon here, the computer will then allocate you to your local salon. We pass your details on to them, and they will contact you and book your appointment. If you would like to be allocated to a salon close to work, please include the full address and name of your workplace on a separate piece of paper accompanying the coupon."

I've signed up for this before, ages after i'd signed up someone rang me apologising i'd never recieved my haircut and offered me either a free family photo shoot or something else which i cant remember
