I received a call from a local salon today (1st Feb) to book in for a free cut and blow - thanks OP - just the treat I needed! I only sent it off on 24th January.

I'd also applied for my mum at her address, but asked if she could attend my local salon. They had that information already and booked her in for the same time with no problem, so we are both going for a lovely freebie treat on Thursday (3rd Feb)! They were lovely and started by mentioning that it was free, so I didn't need to feel bad by asking!

Had an email from them today to say they are unable to fulfill. Dont mind so much about this, what I didnt like was the fact that when they sent the email they had also sent it to another 28 people, and I got all of their email addresses, so no doubt they will all of got mine too! I did email them back to complain, had no reply as of yet.

i got an appointment. when i got there they said i would have to pay towards it becuase of the length of my hair.

Received an email yesterday saying haircut was not available in my area but they would offer me a promotion of higher value in my area, called the number on the email and they had the details and they offered my girlfriend a family portrait session for free (£30 booking deposit refunded when looking at photos with one free portrait offered with the session) or a fashion makeover shoot

they also said the promotion had only just started and would be running for several months and said a salon may become available if i wished to wait and all i need to do it contact them when I've decided

anyone else heard anything like this
