  • The salon phoned me last monday and booked me in for an appointment for last friday. The next day they phoned to change the time of the appointment. Then on thurs they phoned me to tell me they have cancelled my appointment on fri and i need to phone them back on sat to book another one. I never bothered phoning back, couldnt be bothered with all the messing around and it was pretty clear that because it was a free offer i was a low priority, which i suppose makes sense in one way, but in another i now have a very bad impression of them and wont bother to make an appointment with them as a paying customer. Thats probably not representative of all the salons taking part though
