Orange phone bill!! Data Roaming HELP

Exactly. I notice that other networks give a fully itemised bill, even on PAYG, of data usage including the date/time of every session and how much data was used. For example, I was in Switzerland earlier this week where I got an Orange Switzerland PAYG SIM card, so if Orange can itemise this in one country, why can't they do it in another?Dirk_Gently wrote: »At the end of the day we have to take on trust what their billing systems say, with no effective way we can prove them wrong.0
