I too like the look of their refurbished PSP's.

I've posted my concerns on another thread but now I have found the right one-I would just like to ask if zudirect have a more complete address or even a contact phone number on their Invoice, even better does the invoice have a VAT number on it.

Good news at last……your order is being despatched on Monday or Tuesday of next
week. THIS HAS BEEN CONFIRMED BY OUR REFURB PARTNER IN EUROPE.

We do appreciate that it has been a long wait, so it gives us great pleasure to
confirm a delivery date for you no later than Monday 4th December 2006. This
allows for a delivery time of approx a week from despatch on Monday or Tuesday
next week.

Also on a positive note we may have secured an accessories kit for you
absolutely free of charge, our way of saying thank you for standing by Zudirect.

Due to varying international delivery timescales, we are unable to advise on an
exact day of delivery, however it will arrive on or before Monday 4th December.

Your order will require a signature on delivery.

To be fair to them, the demand for these things at this price has to be through the roof, so not surprised some people are experiencing delays.

No excuse for not being more in touch etc though, that's just poor service, but then I guess you get what you pay for in that respect

I have just posted a reply on another thread but you guys seem to be having the same problem through ZuDirect, has anybody actually got a PSP yet ??

I placed my order late October & to date have had nothing more than fobbed off emails, including the one posted above (how many other people are lucky enough to get an accessories kit!!) with the latest being that the goods are held up in customs as further information is required due to the fact they are refurbs.

Has anybody cancelled their order and had a refund yet ??

FYI though a few days ago PC world have them at £149 & in stock.

hmmm, since I posted here a few weeks ago, 3 work collegues have got their order from Zudirect and one cancelled. The one that cancelled got a full refund without problem.

I have to say I cant see any real problems with Zudirect, personally we have found them to be rather good, however I do realise that this latest 'customs hold up' is affecting things.

To all of those waiting, dont worry Zudirect is a legit company, they either deliver or refund in my experience, so hang in there!

If they cannot fulfill their order then they should refund straight away, I wouldn't have stood for any 28 day nonsense.

I'd give them till tomorrow to action the refund and ring the CC company on Monday to see if they have (it may not show straight away), otherwise I'd be asking for advice from the CC company on doing a chargeback.

Christmas Closure Schedule

Whats the point off your last post, god some people just love to stir things up dont they?

Yes Zudirect have had problems delivering these psps, but I got mine and so did 2 of my mates:beer: , 1 guy is still waiting but he is not posting snotty messages online and posting emails from Zudirect to provoke a snotty response.

Grow up, the psps were delayed for a good reason, Im sure you have been given the chance to cancel you order and get a refund, Zu either deliver or refund and by far are not the worst etailer out there.

Nuff said IMHO
