Zudirect ?????

Okay - i know this is the wrong forum, but i need some answers opinions quickly.. and this is the place that gets looked at most.
MOD - move me if you feel you need to...
Basically - me and some guys at work bought refurb PSP's from a web shop gonig by the name zudirect. we paid £85 quid each via nochex.
it's been 6 weeks and its just one story after another... they dont seems to be coming.
anyone used them and actually got something delivered?
or can anyone shed light on the best plan of action if i decide to bail on the deal and try for a refund?

i'd love the PSP to arrive, but the wait and excuses are doing my head in.

(they're now also advertising psp whites with a free game for £100 - but what are the chances that they dont turn up either)

i bought the white one so im intrested too. not sure what the date was when i ordered it. but getting concerened when i hear people like yourself who have been waiting week's/months for it to arrive

I just posted in a PSP page- placed and order with zudirect on 20 October- they took the £85 and nothing turned up for 14 days- sent them a message and they said their refurb partners are sending them out and I should have it in 5-7 days, hasnt turned up and I am dubious so have cancelled my order. Havn't got the £85 back yet but will let you know. Gutted

I no its too late now but I wouldnt buy anything from a company that only means of contact via email no address, no phone number only means is via contact forum

The only other way as you order is below £100 to claim from credit card is to go to small claims court. You could possible if you paid via cc try and get a chargeback

hi anyone heard from the company after they have paid? i got a initial email saying it takes 7-21 days i have now been in touch saying i need the phone for sat if not i want a refund. still no answer, anyone been in touch with their CC about a refund?

We got 3 psps from Zudirect, delivery was late but goods arrived. Quality is very good for a refurb psp.

i am new to this form thing but had to write .
i to found the site zudirect and ordered a psp 2 weeks ago emailed them yesterdy and got a reply

Due to demand there have been some delays, however all deliveries are now on
schedule

Ahh ZuDirect!!!
My experience with them is not a good one.
Back in the middle of september i ordered a IPOD Nano from them, for reasons not down t oZUDirect I had to cancel the order the next day. Despite numerous communications I am still waiting for my money to be refunded today.:mad:
The oreder was cancelled within the scope of their T&C's

I have to say that they have responed to all my emails within a 24hour period, however these replies have not got my money refunded yet.

Seems they are still having supply problems, but customer confidence is growing again. We got 3 black psps from them ok, but my new order for the white psp bundle at £99 has been delayed by a week. As long as I have it for crimbo i dont mind.
