The little corner unit I got from Amazon, using vouchers earned from online surveys,:money: has now been put up, and I've moved seven dragons and a silhouette picture of Mr LW when he was nearly 4 years old (aahhhhh!!:D) onto it. It looks really good!:T
Dilly Doglet is sleeping in the middle of the lounge (alright for some); she'll be going home this evening.
I've recorded the birds in the garden for the RSPB Birdwatch; not a very impressive list, I think all the regulars go on holiday on Birdwatch Weekend!:rotfl:If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -

Morning
OH up and off to work at 5.30am they have yet another new shift system, we will see how long this one lasts for!!! :rotfl::rotfl:
Sadly rather pleased to find there is someone else here who's OH has ever changing shift systems. I seem to have been through three years where "next week's hours" are a constant surprise. But sssshhhhhhhh we seem to have been on our current hours for at least two months! I keep telling him that it's just as well I'm adaptable!
I am having a chat to myself (in the absence of anyone else listening) as I think I am overdoing my flying at the weekends owing to my inability to do very much at all during the week - so now I am feeling a bit k......d and thinking I need to sort my life/housework balance out a bit. Going for a think (and to do a bit more flying).
Anyone for a cuppa?Work is not my Hobby0 -
Not posted since Friday and only just managed to catch up with thread. Sorry to hear about juliejims OH been made redundant.(Hugs). Also pigpen, sounds as if some of the church people are being petty minded so i would also go higher up. They might not like them turning people away (and the money) for petty reasons especially when they can't get their facts right. (hugs)
Happy birthday Master W hope you have a fab day.
Flying wise i have been very busy flying elsewhere, over 4 hours spent yesterday house clearing. The house had water damage and i have never been so cold, it seems to soak into your bones, must be the damp in the air. As a result having a lazy day. As i still don't feel warm just wiped out. WM on and just need to do daily's. DD3 at a birthday party so no Sunday dinner today DD3 has voted fish fingers, a rare er treat :rotfl: in our house, so that's easy. Got some Laura Ashley curtains on ebay for £45 on buy it now, been waiting for a pair for over a year that i can afford, there is an identical pair still bidding and over £95 so well pleased. Also got a petrol mower on ebay and the kind gentleman delivered:D Place i took old mower were charging £95 for a service:eek: and that didn't include any parts. Old mower didn't cost that in the first place cos that was ebay as well. Oops sorry for rambling, hugs spoons and sticks to all who need them.xLife is not measured by the number of breaths we take but by the moments that take our breath away. – Hilary Cooper

My January Challenge was to decorate DD2's bedroom and I've achieved that. For February the challenge will be to organise paperwork and ebay/ditch anything that needs to be decluttered. I've already made a small start and sorted out the file with all the car info in.err Dusty ~ watching garden and so far not a dicky bird has landed in the last 25 mins!!!:rotfl::rotfl::eek:
Did mine between 2-3 as that is when most activity is hereAlso put a big pile of pizza crusts and seeds out the front to get the biggies in :rotfl:
Most of my regulars came (down a few t!ts and jackdoors). List is long with 15 species :T Good job I never got around to tidying the back borders this year as the birds are having a lovely time t0ssing leaves around.
Bedrooms and bathrooms all done. Next week is downstairs week for me.
Toots you are very quiet at the moment, hope you are ok sweetie. Love to you LL, Hex, Serena, Pooh and Polly, Boddy and Kaz (my lovely 'old' birds):rotfl:The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0
