Sorry to hear re ESA ShySarah - have to admit to being a numpty about what exactly it is, so off to hedumacate myself.
Another numpty here, but my impression is that the appeal success rate for all these applications is high so think you should go for appeal.

Not much flying being done here atm. I have a workman due here around 10am to fix the back door so I'm just about to go and get dressed and do more dishes (saucepans & breakfast dishes :D) Nothing much else I can do with the workman here but I will be tackling my ironing pile once he's gone as I only have 2 lonely t-shirts in my wardrobe :o DD is due back around 1pm-ish so we'll then be off to Mr A to get fresh milk and run an errand for my mum. Actually I probably won't be able to tackle the ironing until we get back from Mr A. I best shift myself as I've just noticed the time :eek:

  • Can I say a huge thank you to those flyladies who profferred advice on how to get the blood out of DH's whites!

I wasn't optimistic - it took 36 hours for me to find the top - (I thought he'd gone to hospital in it - he hadn't but it wasn't on the bedroom floor or in the washing basket. It was found on Friday on the hall floor under a pile of gibble!) but I put it to soak in cold water and washing up liquid and left it for 24 hours. A normal wash later and it's clean!

Am just decluttering breakfast - OH and DD1 are watching Andy Murray - not certain my nerves are up to it!

So far I have fed the animals, and coooked breakfast for the family. Emptied and filled the DW, washed the boys school coats, put some meringues in the oven.

I keep going out (we drove to the Lake District yesterday, had lunch and then drove back, friday I spent in car showrooms) and nothing is getting done *hyper-ventilates* OH wants to go out and play in my new car again this morning, the boys just want to play with lego and I need to clean and use up some of the egg mountain. On the positive side I sat in the car for 6 hours yesterday and I can still stand up, and I have driven an automatic for the first time.

Is anyone still putting the their tax return off? Cut off for fine is tomorrow.

I have washing on the line for the first time in months. Bed has been stripped and is now in the WM. Mr S are coming between 12 & 1 - had free del and a £6 off voucher so worth using. Going to have a bath now and then I'll see what happens later.

    Morning

OH up and off to work at 5.30am they have yet another new shift system, we will see how long this one lasts for!!! :rotfl::rotfl:

So as a result I must have turned over and gone back to sleep, waking up at 9.30am, that cat is asleep under the radiator.

So up dressed, at fed, owing to the lack off cooking that went on here last week:-

Sc is on with pork and veg
Veg soup is being made using up all odds and ends of veg, that would have been used last week had I been up to cooking.....it smells yummy..just go to go and magic whisk it in bit, having made it my self I can controll the salt / fat / sugar content, and those 3 items are gonig to bug my life for a long while yet.

Having been reading packets / cans etc a lot more closly in the last few days, I am shocked at the salt / fat / sugar contents of some foods.

    Ironing to do
    Hoover out my car
    Fill up bird feeder
If / when I go out buy 2 scrubbing hand brushes, all this flying has worn my 2 out of I have already binned them!! :rotfl:
    Wash kitchen brush.

    Back later

Hugs and hi any newbies xxxx
