Mumto5 out GP surgery nurses deal with things like that, do yours?
Pigpen it's still one item per family it seems for anything after first application, driving lessons would be my choice out of your list. Try your OT or whizzkids for the elite, I have a list of funding providers for wheelchairs somewhere if I don't send by Monday then nudge me. I've helped families get a community care grant from DSS for beds for kids, highlighting the need was due to disability so that may be an option if you get any IS at all

Got 2 bags of recyclables collected including Lego boxes, I think nearly all sets are built up now so the Christmas rubbish extras should reduce soon. 2 bags of shopping away . Another washer load done, now waiting for dryer space so I think the 2 in 1 will be a great idea! Cleaned the sink out. Tidied the throws away. Sorted some paperwork. Started writing my list.

Anyone got a good 2 in 1 washer dryer? Looking for ideas now ready

Keep meaning to ask, where is soappie? Anyone heard from her?
One day I might be more organised...........

Did my first job which was to have 30 mins to myself - dropped kids off and climbed into bed at 9.10 and woke up precisely 30 mins later at 10.50. How weird that my watch broke like that and recorded 30 mins as 1 hour 10!! ;) Do feel much better now though.

Pigpen, what reason did the churches give for not baptising Freja? I'm a Christian and struggle to understand how ministers won't allow you to do this - makes me  for you.

    Anyone fancy HHC 11.15 - 11.45 before I fetch DS from pre-school?

pigpen I haven't read past you saying that the church has refused to baptise babe. I find it so un Christian to refuse to baptise a baby. I am a practising Christian and find the situation extremely disturbing. Would you consider a different Chrisitian denomination/church or have you already gone down that route?

Sorry not flying related but I just had to express my annoyance. I could cry on your behalf so goodness knows how you feel.

    I did cry..

I've tried the methodist church and they simply didn't call me back, I tried the community chrch but they only do a thanksgiving service, I tried the CofE church where the others were done and KH has badmouthed me to the point they said no and I tried the RC one up the street and they too said no, apparently the parents have to be RC.. erm.. so how did they get the first churchgoers then? What a ridiculous thing to say, pls how do they know we aren't? I never offered that information and they never asked! and we don't live in the parish either by all accounts.. erm.. I think you may be a touch mistaken!... I am really pee'd off.. it isn't like the children get no religious teaching they all attend regularly from about 18 months of age, or younger and they go to the sunday school and after school clubs etc.. the main gripe they have at the moment is that she will be going to church with OH's mum so not 'their' church because as evryone knows every ingle church has its very own God, there isn't just the one that is all encompassing and suchlike...

As above.. the RC one said neither of us are baptised.. which OH is!! and we don't live in the parish, which we do!
The CofE one said 'circumstances surrounding her birth'.. meaning KH has told him a complete pack of lies about me like he has everyone else
The others either ignored my emails, didn't return calls or only do a thanksgiving service.

Washer dryers are rubbish.. I'd not have one given! They take about 4 times longer than the TD to dry a load.

Most of the reason I've not applied is because I can't decide what we need the most it is all important, and I am so indecisive!

I know pigpen but I don't have space for another TD and a little drier is better than bog all. If it wasn't for the 5 year warranty I'd be worried. The biggest factor for me is load capacity I think as I need to get the kids duvets in. Voucher only gets the basic model £570 voucher and it's £250 for the warranty

Driving lessons are worth a fortune - easy choice!

Oh and I am sooooo pleased I chose not to have the boys christened/baptised as I'd have lost the plot by now

I can't decide if I need to get it looked at at the minor injuries unit:(.

DS1's friend had an accident when they were out cycling. I took him to his GP's surgery and the nurse was great. Would that be an option for you?

Had a great HHC and managed:

    Mopped the dining room floor
    Scrubbed the dining room wall
    Cleaned the litter tray
    Cleaned bottom loo mirrors
    Scrubbed sink
    Cleaned loo
    Dusted bottom loo
    Swept bottom loo
    Mopped bottom loo
    Shined bottom loo sink
Packed up cloth nappies and put away upstairs

Then DS woke up from his nap so i went to get him and spent a very depressing HH putting washing away and pairing socks, how do I end up with so much washing to put away? I don't mind washing it, I don't mind hanging it to dry, I don't mind folding it but putting away is just so blah!

Off to feed the monkey and bring the dining chairs back in
