Looby - I hope DD was ok at school. Talk to the school asap. They need to monitor this and nip any problems in the bud and need a strategy to help the new girl to settle into the school. How old are they?

    They are 6.

Thank you to everyone for your support.

It seems that this morning was an isolated incident (though not very nice) and dd is generally struggling to cope with this little girls disruptive behaviour in class. Dd doesn't like change and has an overly strong sense of what is acceptable behaviour (perhaps I'm too strict).

So I'm going to keep a close eye on the situation for now.

Right must tackle the ironing mountain due to dd2 having an accident when attempting to use the potty on her own on Saturday the bathroom is sparkling already!

Oh no, poor you. Take it easy as much as you can and get your children doing as much as you can. DH has had a 2nd dose of flu (he was ill over Christmas with it too) and, like you, this time it's much worse but no sickness thankfully. Get well soon x
