Well I popped over to the wedding board this afternoon to have a look at the thread for April, and got a bit panicky about our invites not having been done yet. I then spent the rest of the afternoon trying to get the right words and layout etc to make an insert for the notecards we've bought, then had fun trying to print a rough copy. I'm pleased with the result, but have realised we'll have to get some ivory printer paper, as the white makes the colour of the card look a bit dirty. I'm quite pleased with the mock-up though, and Moon seemed to like it too. Have also decided on 4 sandwich fillings for the reception (there are quite a few veggies there including me, so wanted to have more of those options so the carnivores can eat the veggie ones too and we'll still have enough). What do you think of these?
1. Smoked cheddar, apple and caramelised onion chutney
2. Hummous, grated carrot and babyleaf spinach
3. Egg mayonnaise, mustard cress and cucumber
4. Chicken, bacon, lettuce, tomato and mayonnaiseEnjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.I married Moon 8/4/2011, baby boy born 26/9/2012, Angel Baby Poppy born 8/11/15, Rainbow baby boy born 11/2/20170 -
