got my court date of wed 23rd feb.

really worried as a large majority of my debt was builtup by gambling. i attend GA and haven't bet for 16 months now. I was making all minimum payments on credit cards and paying off all my loans until i was made redundant last May. Bit concerned the OR won't be impressed with me

Thanks so much IF. Just read through Amiga's thread and felt for him so much, a gambling addiction is a horrible illness to have.

I am pretty scared of getting a BRO but what will be will be. I am hoping the OR will see that until my redundancy I was making payments and had every intention of paying off all my debts. I've also haven't gambled for 16 months and am the treasurer at my GA meetings.

to be honest i just want some peace from the debts though

I know it's such a powerful thread to read, but as you saw at the end of Amiga's thread a BRO is not something to be scared of. You will feel such relief and peace after your BR, so deep breath's and you be fine x
