  • Hi all,

My BR was this morning, it was much easier than I had anticipated. I was with the district judge for around 5 minutes. He could not of been nicer, very understanding. Even the court clerk who took my payment and checked all of my paperwork was lovely.

I had to call the OR office when I returned home to give them my BR number and a few details. They said I will receive something in writing in the next few days and in it should include a date and time for my OR phone interview.

I can't wait to get the interview over and done with so that I can start to look forward and move on.

I will keep you posted on progress, in the meantime, if anyone else has a date for BR during Feb, please don't be anxious about the court bit. From the posts I have read and now my own experience, it really is easier than you think.

    Best regards, xx
  • Just had my notice put on the list of sequestrations (scotland), so add me to the list 7/2/11

No court appearances in scotland (hurray for scotland)
