Thanks for the good wishes IF and Angie. Just got back from the Dr`s and have got severe food poisoning (lost 10 pounds in 2 days:eek:) just a matter of drinking loads of water and a little food quite often, she thinks it is coming to the end now, I hope it is as I feel lousy:)
