I saw this in a booklet form this week - if you take a look at the "nutritional wheel" it's mostly in orange/red so not really very healthy :S
Whats not very healthy?...and what nutritional wheel?,thanks

its not a week meal planner for £20 - its 5 meals for £20 which I'm sure plenty of us are doing already!!

  • Actually, fair play to them.

If you really had no idea how to lower the cost of your groceries, it would give you a start at least.

I agree, stuff like this isn't really really aimed at people that've been doing this stuff for a while. I like seeing them though, sometimes an idea pops up that gives me inspiration to try something I wouldn't usually make.
  • Bit unsure whether i am allowed to mention the big S on here, but i saw this and knew there would be people here interested. I certainly am!!

They're doing a thingy where they show you 5 family meals each week at the ingredients (bought from them obviously) cost no more than £20.

I'm going to try it out! :)

    Here's a link.
