    Morning ladies,

Hope everyone is well today. I heard on the news this morning about how Beyonce's baby bump 'crumpled' during an Australian interview. I watched the video clip and I must say she looks like she was wearing padding to me. Maybe she isn't pregnant and covering up for a surrogate birth........ I do like a bit of celeb gossip. :)

I do think she's wearing padding but I don't think it's a surrogate as there was a picture of her in a bikini recently, with a teeny bump. Why the need to wear padding, she's due in Feb which is the same time as me, and is about the same size as me, which I don't understand, as her stomach muscles are probably a lot tighter than mine, so she wouldn't show until later!

    Morning:j
Still getting my head round the fact that I have a beautiful little girl on the way. Our 17 year old son is thrilled to bits to be having a little sister. He's waited a long time for her:):):)

Hope you are all well xxx

Lucy you're lucky, if my mum or dad told me I was going to be a big sister when I was 17, I think I would have died of shock! Nice you get a girl after all those years though :)

  • Congratulations Lucy!

DH is still getting used to the idea that he won't be the only male in the house, though to be fair he is counting the cat and chickens as females :) Though he hates football and - well- pretty much all sport, so I think it'll be me doing that side of things if we turn out to have a sports fan!

Am also having ridiculously scary dreams. Keep waking up petrified and am having to sleep with the lights on. At 34 thats quite sad isnt it!!
    xx

Bad dreams seem to be very common in pregnancy from the experiences on these threads- age doesnt come into it :)

I had a horrific one on Monday, which left me feeling really weepy all day - that beanie just sort of "fell out" and despite in reality and in the dream, being 28 weeks, and measuring fine in all the scans, she was tiny tiny fetus sized, and so i wrapped her in a face cloth (that small!) to rush to the hospital, only i dropped her on the way and couldnt find her again despite searching everywhere. Was very unpleasant. :(

Hoping you all have sweet dreams tonight at least!

Thanks gilly that means alot, xxxxxx

I saw midwife and urine is fine and lil missy had strong heartbeat so all is well, then like a numpty i burst into tears infront of her, she was really nice and reassuring x

I see her again in a fortnight purely so she can reassure me then 2 weeks after i have the 28 week scan and consultant then back to midwife at 30 weeks, so they are keeping a close eye on me which i'm so grateful for xxxxxx
