I WON:jand have been reinstated,the unfair dismissal was overturned by the area manager,and i have been backdated pay from dismissal date,the sexual harrasment and disability discrimination is now being handled seperately in another investigation thought you would like to know thanks for your advice

Ive been following this thread from the start but havent contributed to it until now. I have been disgusted at the way your employer has treated you and i am so glad you won your case Milo.

I agree to some extent - but by virtue of being reinstated, her name has been cleared.

There are ongoing investigations so it would be wise to await the outcome of those before reigniting the affair by demanding compensation.
