because i complained about it all the time not being fair,so maybe they got sick of me complaining and decided they would rather get rid of me than fix the problem

Understood! You didn't mention any of this before.

Naturally, you have evidenced all the occasions where you have complained previously?

Edited to add: I doubt they would have looked for an excuse to sack you because you complained about a broken loop system for your hearing aids.

Care to share your experiences of sexual and disability discrimation, and how these relates to the missing cash?

no not sure about the sexual discrimination on here, but the disability is noted up the thread if you would care to read it

so removing a loop system would not make my job as a deaf person harder to a good hearing person or did you miss that part and i dont need to prove anything just present the facts and this is what im doing

I can understand you wanting to appeal with all guns blazing - but the above is irrelevant to your claim for unfair dismissal for accusations of theft.

would getting the local relevent nhs department to fit for free a new loop system come into your evidence, which was ignored by management

i thought i said this earlier in the thread your confusing me

no its relevent as a reason for wanting me gone TO STOP ME COMPLAINING ABOUT IT

it was not broken it was removed 2 years ago and i have been complaining since anyway lets leave this discrimination bit now ive had enough for today that wasnt the original question were going off the track a bit whether you think its relevent or not doesnt really matter until the tribunal does it

Anyway - whatever was put forward at your hearing is done and gone now so I hope the outcome is a favourable one.

Whoever is right or wrong on this thread - it is the outcome of your appeal that is more important now.

It is unfortunate that you have to wait two weeks but that may have been explained earlier. I suspect as this has dragged on for some time now - another couple of weeks (although not ideal) might not be an issue for you.

Whatever happens, it will be interesting to know what the outcome will be - and what the company's responses were to the points raised at your appeal.

    Good luck anyway.

As I have suggested before, it could considered to be a result of ongoing intimidation and bullying; therefore very relevant.
The greater danger, for most of us, lies not in setting our aim too high and falling short; but in setting our aim too low and achieving our mark
