    Storage heaters can be expensive to run, for example, it you have a 3 BAR storage heater (the heater will use 3 kW in 1 hour), then it is possible for that one heater to use 24 kWh in one night, 168 kWh in a week or around 672 kWh over the month. Multiply this by the number of storage heaters you have in the property and the total kWh consumed will add up. If you also use any electric plug in heaters/fires this would also increase your consumption.
