Hi
I used 10% voucher, double points voucher and £10 off £170 spend at the Christmas shopping evening with no problems.0 -

Has anyone else noticed they are not receiving the correct amount of points when using the 300 and 250 points vouchers that were inside the N7 bag (that's free when you spend £15)?
I used these vouchers on two seperate transactions. Each time I only received 2 points for every pound that I spent, as opposed to 4!
The SA said she could do nothing about it. She said there was no way she could add extra points on to my card and the manager was not available.
I think I'm going to send an e-mail to Boots asking for a explaination!
On a positive note; I used the voucher in yesterday's metro for the free Revlon skinlights worth over £7 and redeemed some points to get a Revlon nail varnish. The SA said I had to buy the nail varnish to get the skinlights free, but In the end she let me redeem my points instead. So I spent no money in Boots today, which is a first for me.0 -

It does however contain that "one size fits all" proviso of "no other discount, voucher or in store promotion can be used in conjunction with this offer" but they seemed happy to let me use it in conjunction with a 3 for 2 offer last week.
If they get shirty, you could always say to the manager "Don't bother, I'll buy them all from Superdrug instead!"This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

Today I went through my gifts cupboard and found two of the No7 sun kits I got during the summer. I don't need them, do you think boots would exchange them? They were the £25.00 ones on bogof. I'm not bothered if they only give me the value of one but I could do with exchanging as I want to get some xmas bits.
Thanks0 -
The free 'Winter Kit' is working with the Boots sore throat lozenges, on BOGOF at the moment @ £1.55.
I got 2 packs of blackcurrant ones today.
Also got the basic razors @31p with the Botanics body glow thingy, so it does still work. Does anyone know when the hair remover+Botanics offer ends??
LL
EDIT: Just checked my receipt and the lozenges although priced at £1.55 and BOGOF, actually went through at £1.35 and BOGOf. Even better saving.

Don't think it's been mentioned that the 1/2 price toys that are also 3 for 2 are now the same price instore as well, not just online.
Am thinking of getting the globe thing for £11, down from £22, and 3 for 2, for DS.0 -
Also, if anyone is not brave enough to buy the cheapest 32p shampoo for the 200 points (I chickened out - which was just as well as the SA scrutinised my voucher like mad!), you could get Supersoft shampoo for 99p. Still a healthy profit of £1.01 on each bottle!
And they can't argue that it's not 'professional' as it's made by Schwarzkopf - well, more professional than Boots value anyway!
It's quite nice shampoo as well.0
