Following my visit on Monday and ACM not working I emailed CS - got a reply today which said if I email my full name, address and DOB they will credit my card with some points for my inconvenience!! What a lovely gesture.

Currently have over £46 points so roll on Monday for the sale - my store has LOADS of stuff :j Resisted temptation today - all I bought was Trevor Sorbie Hair Shine Spray @ £3.99, used £3 hair voucher and got 150point voucher from ACM which is now working :j . So spent 99p and got 150 points - no Botanics Body Bars left in Dundee - anyway I have so much Botanics stuff in an upstairs cupboard that I am slightly ashamed :eek: Waiting on delivery of my 75% online order which should be here next week, and hope to spend my points instore Monday so lots of pressies for birthdays etc throughout the year :T

oooh does the sale definately start on monday? My store didnt have much today, no Boots magazines or Botanics bars, never mind!!! If someone could clarify the 75% sale start date for me that would be fab - bought a few bits online but most were sold out xx

My first order came today. The order I placed just after it is still saying processing, I've phoned Boots and they were no help. Anyone else's order still on processing.

Just grabbed another loofah thingy and got free moisurising body glow lotion. Went to 2 different Boots but couldnt find a Body Bar for love nor money!!!

Its been confirmed from all different people is starts Monday - dont think Boots really advertise the fact properly but a lot of SAs etc have told people.

hi everybody! sorry for this long post!
i have just got back from boots.Today i noticed that the ac machine had offers of 100 points for boots complete skincare toner or cleanser-these were on halfprice offer 2day at 59p so i printed a few vouchers out, i also found a clearance botanics section with £1 foundations reduced from £10 and £2 pressed powders i got a pressed powder.I asked a sa who was stocking items nearby if i was entitled to the free moisturiser with the clearance product and she said yes it should be so i chose a night cream.I also got a mens travel gillete kit for £2.50 and a reduced pack of toffees for 20p.At first the sa was fine with me i handed her my botanics 100point voucher and and the 100 point complete skincare voucher but when she saw the botanics cream she said i wouldn't be allowed that with the powder as it was in the clearance and i had receieved 100 points for it- i did ask her to scan it but she refused (and exchanged a sarcastic look with the sa next to her) so i told her to leave it i paid £5.28 for the transaction and got 214 points but no no7 voucher.I was too embarassed to ask for it so i went to the upper floor(we have 2 floors).
I used another 100 point complete skincare voucher for the toner 59p
and the trevor sorbie freshen spray with £3 voucher and 150 ac machine points so paid 99p and value paracetamol totol £1.74 and 254 points. Paid at pharmacy lovely kind patient Sa (male)
Final transaction used my no7 voucher to buy a matte velvet lip colour -paid £1 and another complete toner with 100 points ac machine 59p-so £1.59 and113 points
i spent £8.61 and saved £15.50 plus 577 points!
Missed out on the no7 voucher!!

If you ring up the AC customer care line, im sure they will add some points onto our card for inconvenience..

Fear not you have not missed out on either count

The free botanics mosituriser offer is not available with any Botanics cosmetics (such as pressed powder etc etc) - clearance or not - but the SA should have used this as the reason and not because it was a clearance item ! If she HAD scanned the Botanics moisturiser with the clearance Botanics pressed powder, it would not have been a freebie anyway.

If your receipt shows a line with a scan for a No7 voucher (£0.00) then there is little hope of getting a free £5 voucher but if there is no scan try taking it back to a till and ask for one as you spent over £5 and there is no scan for the free voucher so you cannot have been given one

Honestly I think some SA think its coming out of their wages. It's Boots who are promoting the free moisturisers!

thanks i have emailed the boots customer care team with the reciept number- and my receipt does not show any no7 voucher i was not offered one at all.TBH i felt a bit embarrased today as the sa from the other till recognised me and when i left the till i saw the 2 sa looking at me and gossiping-the other sa has commented at me in the past that i use too many vouchers, but its my money i can spend it how i like.I didn;t know that botanics cosmetics were excluded-does it say in store?
