Thanks
hiya, I asked what the returns policy was and was told medicines, food and cosmetis excluded unless faulty.I explained that i was refused an exchange for botanics (which comes under bodycare) and the skincare set at local store and that these items were unwanted xmas gifts. The cust services lady asked me for the product sortcode(small number above barcode) and then confirmed that i was entitled to an exchange and gave me the reference number, when the sa inputted that number her till was offering me a giftcard for the amount but i ahd already taken my products so she just scanned my items.Love can tame the wildest0 -
Got some more botanics today DD delighted0

Whoo-hoo!!! Change one thing is back, and all stores have loads of new leaflets, which contain money-off coupons.
I took only 3 of them - feel happier, feel healthier and look great, so there's the list of coupons:
FEEL HEALTHIER
Save £1 off any vitamin or herbal supplement during January 2007 (valid 01/01/07-31/01/07). No minimum spend, so it should work with Boots caffeine strips, £0,49 (http://www.boots.com/shop/product_details.jsp?productid=1057838&classificationid=1034226) or cheapest vitamins, for example, Boots chewable vitamin C (60 tabs - £1,75, I'm sure they have 30 tabs, which definitely is cheaper, but can't find this online). If you have Boots health club money-off coupons, such like 55% OFF any multivitamin, you can combine these offers, too! Also, you can get 300 points with this purchase, if you have coupon from No7 gift bag. Hurry!! Coupons from No7 bag and health club valid till 31/01, as well as this one.
Save £2 when you spend £10 or more on any vitamin or herbal supplement during February 2007 (valid 01/02/2007 - 28/02/2007)
Save £3 when you spend £10 or more on any vitamin or herbal supplement during March 2007 (valid 01/03/2007 - 31/03/2007)
200 points when you buy any Detox 5-day plan (Valid 01/01/2007 - 28/02/2007). They're half price now, £6.75 each (was £13,50).

200 points when you spend £10 or more on any product from the sanctuary range (I believe all the range is on the offer 3 for 2, and some of them - gifts sets - half price, so you can get the best value combining these offers).
200 points when you spend £10 or more on any products from the Naked range.
200 points when you spend £10 or more on any Botanics Aromatherapy products.
Save £1 when you buy any product from Kalms range (the cheapest online is £3,99)
Save £1 when you buy any product from the Bach Rescue Remedy range (the cheapest online is £3,99 as well).

LOOK GREAT
Save 20% on any product in the Olay facial skincare range (valid 01/01/07-31/01/07). Some products from this range are already 50%, I wonder if the discount would take 20% off original price thus making it 70% OFF? Please, let us know if someone will try this!
Save 20% when you buy any product from the Nivea Visage facial skincare range (valid 01/01/07-31/01/07). There're 200 points offer on AC machine when you buy DNAge from Nivea Visage. Also, some products from this range are already 50%, I wonder if the discount would take 20% off original price thus making it 70% OFF?
Save £5 when you buy the Time Delay Facial starter pack (valid 01/01/07-31/01/07). It costs £9.99, also is a part of 3 for 2 offer.
Save £1 on any 17 mascara (valid 01/01/07-13/02/07). £4.75 each.
1.000 points on ALL designer glasses (valid 01/01/07-27/02/07).
500 points when you buy any Perfectil Platinum vitamins (valid 01/01/07-27/02/07). 60 tabs online - £39.45. Hopefully you can combine it with vitamins offer from feel healthier leaflet, but it's still expensive.
On the back cover is FREE No7 seven-minute makeover voucher. Booking required. One makeover per customer. Valid till 27/02/2007.
Seems they're getting wiser - almost all vouchers have minimum spend reserve. Also, leaflets have barcodes (despite it's free) - maybe they're really wiser and done this trying to restrict the offer only 1 per person?0 -
Body form liners on offer at 2 for £2 but there is a voucher via the Advantage card machine for 75 free points, so together with standard points 2 packs come to less than £1.20.
Offer ends tomorrow so be quick.
Also purchased some Body Glow free with 31p razors today too.We seek a world in which everyone with HIV/AIDS can live an abundant lifeWant to join us?0 -
As usual the Advantage machine gave me my 50 extra points for £7:50 spend, I knew I was going to spend way more than this so, after printing out voucher I pressed previous offer to go back & printed it again. I also did this with the extra bodyform 75 points voucher. Till accepted all of them! :j Combined with all the No7/money off vouchers I got over 1000 points & saved £21 in total :j Not sure if it's been noted on here before but might be worth a try next time.0
