Waiting for operation so my employer has made me redundant and I have appealed

    I guess they will either go down the route that regardless if it is a disability you would have been made redundant anyway. Or they will make you wait it out before offering a compromise agreement.

    BTW I didn't think you could get legal aid for employment issues?

    They can help until the day of the tribunal on legal aid, if you want a barrister on the day you have to pay for it.

    I do not know the answer to that, maybe a solicitor specialising in employment would know, did your firm have something to hide ?
