I just saw this thread and realised that I too had not received an email confirmation of my order placed on 21/01. I rang up to find out the status of my order. Turns out my 2 brocade runner rugs were OOS, and the item i added to get free shipping has already been sent. When I complained that I didn't actually want the additional item (cost 5.99) the lady offered me a full refund and suggested I donate the item to charity. I think that's a decent result... I would probably not have bothered to take it back to the post office to return. but I am still disappointed about those rugs... nevermind!

My order still shows 'Awaiting Confirmation' despite getting it today. Got everything apart from the Dashboard Clock & a pepper pot.
However they did give me a five pound voucher to say 'thanks' lol.

My order arrived just now. The santa fleeces are great as are the choc chess sets. I bought loads of spray cleaners and the only disappointment is the sewing box which is tiny.:D

I havn't recieved my order yet but got a confirmation email this morning when I ordered last week weird!

Hopefully will get everything as half of what I ordered other people havn't recieved!

My confirmation email arrived this afternoon, after this morning's delivery, and shows everything on the list, even those things that are actually OOS. A new stock system would be nice, but at least they're not asking folk to send their items back.

ANd the dinosaur sandwich cutter worked a treat- DS wolfed them down head first. :T

the crocodile ones are much nicer in reality (I bought both to try & avoid too much fighting among my 4)

My order arrived yesterday minus 4 items!!!
I got the confirmation email the day before confirming all items so not impressed!

I emailed them about the lack of a confirmation email and missing items from my order. I stated that as I never received any communication regarding the missing items prior to delivery and I was therefore unable to have the choice to cancel my order. They replied saying they had refunded me the whole order amount (about £16) and I could keep the items. I contacted them via the contact us section of their website.
