My order is still showing as awaiting confirmation, yet I received the whole lot this afternoon
chuffed to bits with it! Slightly worn out mum to 3 (DS1 May 03, DS2 Feb 05, DD1 Feb 08). When i grow up i think i'll become a UN Peace keeper....0 -

I ordered on 20th but as yet my order history states 'awaiting confirmation'. It would be nice to receive all that I ordered but after reading the above posts I will not hold my breath, does not seem that one person has received a full order?
Mine, too, showed 'Awaiting Confirmation', so I e-mailed them and apparently there is a problem with the system; my order is (apparently) on its way.
HTH:)If it's cheap, I'm cheerful!0 -
Well my order still shows as awaiting confirmation but has just been delivered. Two items missing, one being the Dino sarnie box which is apparantly rubbish
, the other being something I threw into the basket to get it over £20. (Still free postage though.) All the best bits are here
. Fingers crossed for the rest of you, I'm sure your parcels will arrive soon. They call me Dr Worm... I'm interested in things; I'm not a real doctor but I am a real worm.

Yes Lakeland have an appalling stock system - I've had big problems too years running. They have now sorted out my issues and found me stock in stores but I'm never ordering online from them again.Initial Mortgage January 2024 - £160,000
Initial Mortgage free date - January 2058
Mortgage as of 1st February 2024 - £159,134.98
Overpayments to date - £79.62

Well, I never received a confirmation email but a parcel was in my garden when I got home from my driving lesson today. Over half the items were OOS with the remainder items actually full priced stuff that I purchased to tip the order over £20!!! Complete waste of my time, not a genuine sale in my opinion if you they don't actually have the items in first place.
The items I did not receive were:
Rodney Reindeer (0.99)
Sewing box (2.99)
Le mesurier condiments x2 (1.99)

My order (placed on 20th) arrived today; Rodney Reindeer put in an appearance, as did my Le Mesurier condiments (sorry!), but my 2 Spray Cleaners and 3 Santa Snack Sleighs were 'not available'. I must admit, this is the first time that this has happened to me as far as Lakeland is concerned ... I just hope that they don't go down the path of M&S.If it's cheap, I'm cheerful!0

They badly need a new stock system. I just came home to find a large box containing my cancelled order! I rang up and it definitely was cancelled and I have already been refunded.
I had a bit of a moan about having to drive to sorting office to return the box and was told I could keep it and donate the contents to charity! It only contained £6 odd of goods so I suppose that was as cheap as the postage would have been.
Funny set up, though and no emails from them at all about anything to do with this order.“Rain drops are not the ones who bring the clouds.”0 -
Received all mine this morning, apart from reindeer in a chimney. Santa snack sleigh was supposed to be in there, but isn't. Also one of my Gruffalo breakfast sets has a broken plate - got a new set on the way
Smile and be happy, things can usually get worse!0 -
Mine has also landed this morning. Got my £4.95 bat box (am determined to make my local mosquitoes pay this year with team bat lol!!). Sadly, my inflatable santa suit did not arrive and that is what I really wanted. Would have made my family giggle next Christmas - oh well. Can't understand why these companies do not invest in a descent stock control system as errors just annoy customers.0
