Can anyone help, where to complain about a Job Centre staff member?

I've deleted my post and written it again. BBC Radio One seems brilliant.0

Agiain a band "B" to temporary promotion to "c" promotion mentality. Another shocking example of why I hate working at the DWP. You have rubbish from a shop or some naff call centre that were lucky enough to get promotion to EO.
The sooner these people get put back to their original duties, then good. The EO's then can deal with the situation.
dont get this post. Why would a temp C make a different decision to a perm grade C?You can't beat an egg.........................NO WAIT!0 -

oh please I had to deal day in day out people telling me I hope my family would be in a car crash/ get cancer
DAY IN DAY OUT several times so dont be so quick to judge a short tempered job centre worker
Ever thought that could be because of what you say to people?[greenhighlight]but it matters when the most senior politician in the land is happy to use language and examples that are simply not true.
[/greenhighlight][redtitle]
The impact of this is to stigmatise people on benefits,
and we should be deeply worried about that[/redtitle](house of lords debate, talking about Cameron)0 -

To whoever said I am getting my money every week so should shut up and put up. How charming.
I'm not receiving any money whatsoever, also I can't claim housing benefit as at the moment I'm crashing in my uncles (unfurnished) house which is on sale or occasionally at my mums.
Thanks to those that have said I should have been able to apply over the phone. I will certainly try that on monday. I called the process office yesterday and they said my claim will take minimum of 14 working days, not what I was told on applying, and it has been longer than that anyway,
Apparantly some job centre plus staff were striking yesterday and thursday over working conditions!?Membre Of Teh Misspleing Culb0 -
Another thing I showed her a letter stating they wish to take £25 per week out of my benefits to repay my loans. I was told on the phone this was an error and they calculated it when i was still receiving tax credits, income support, child benefit and my sons dla. She told me there was nothing I can do and if i can't pay it I shouldn't have taken the loans!?. I am sure i read somewhere they cannot take more than 12%Membre Of Teh Misspleing Culb0
