Silk - Alt & F4 should help...
UPDATE :-)
Received a phone call from Amy at Orange after contacting Orange Company Representative, Orange confirm they have received the phone but it was rejected but no reason was given, normally in this situation the phone is sent back to the customer but on this occasion no notes were on the system and I haven't received the phone back, rather odd.
Anyway Orange has agreed to cancel the contract and no further direct debit payments will be taken, they have used my December's direct debit to pay the outstanding usage on the account.
Superb customer services... again thank you for everyone thats helped me out with this and a special thanks to Orange Company Representative!!0 -
Good result !
Well done everyone
