I have a £10 code so am confusewd as to why it is only taking £2.75 off
Also you have to use the email addy that the code was sent to.
Other than that I'm stumped. You could try clearing cookies before you try again in case it has saved any previous attempts.
ETA The email addy's that I've had success with in getting a code have included my full surname in them, may just be coincidence, could be random.

I've tried two email addys,gmail and yahoo and the voucher hasn't come through,i clicked the link to confirm the email etc and my other half tried with his gmail account and yahoo on a different pc and still nothing,how very strange.0
