I have a £10 code so am confusewd as to why it is only taking £2.75 off

Ilovemykids, are you putting the code in the correct box? There are two, you should put it in the gift voucher box.
Also you have to use the email addy that the code was sent to.
Other than that I'm stumped. You could try clearing cookies before you try again in case it has saved any previous attempts.

ETA The email addy's that I've had success with in getting a code have included my full surname in them, may just be coincidence, could be random.

I've tried two email addys,gmail and yahoo and the voucher hasn't come through,i clicked the link to confirm the email etc and my other half tried with his gmail account and yahoo on a different pc and still nothing,how very strange.

I'd be wary doing this as I tried making an order using the remainder on a code and both ended up being cancelled as the gift voucher had already been used...
