I must be the only one unhappy

I received my order this morning & two of the charms on the bracelet look dirty, I really don't like it. I also received the free heart thingy, but instead of the £10 discount. I've now looked on their web site to see how I return the item to find this,

"If you are returning any item purchased in conjunction with a promotion, we can only refund the difference between the item purchased and the item received as a free gift."

So it looks like they could actually refund say £2 ??

I've sent off an email so I'll see what they say.

The jewellery I received so far is beautiful and the packaging is Just lovely too. I just tried another two email addresses. Did you guys and Gals click the 'click here to confirm subscribing' Link? I did every time. Wondering if that helps?

yep clicked that but still never recieved the codes - used different emails, different browsers but only ever got the one code which randomly seemed to come through

I made 3 orders and am wondering if they may have been dispatched.

Yes, I did too. I have to agree though the packaging is lovely, even the free gift.

one of my accounts have been closed by what seems to be them.
it wont let me log in and when i tried to get my password the email they sent me was a password i would never use,when i try to look at my order it says

Unauthorized Access

So i have emiled them to ask why they have changed my password.

Is this what you actually paid for the item after the discount voucher or was it more than £2 left to pay once the voucher was applied?
