I had that message when I signed up on my gmail account on Friday morning (after suscessfully getting a voucher thru my norml account)-and didnt get a voucher, but on Friday evening I signed up my Mom in her account and she got a voucher. (She placed an order yesterday and it took the full £10 off).So it cant be that it loggs the IP address as I signed up all three from my pc. Must be just luck of the draw......

Think you're right murie it's always the luck of the draw on glitches.

Shame because there were some particularly nice things on this site.

Might have a go at a different browser Issyc, thanks for that idea.

Not complaining really though, I've had some wonderful glitches and bargains so far this year via this forum. It's not even the end of February yet.

Got mine in the post this morning, (earrings) :T and a heart shaped free gift, which is quite heavy! I'm assuming its a paper weight?? Anyone else get one??

yep got my order this morning, free necklace and my paperweight was a kind of bluey green colour, can't beleive they gave out free gifts with a free order....

Also received my order, got the blue/green paperweight. Keyring was alot smaller than I expected, definately would not have paid £8.75 for it! Overall happy with my freebie! :j

Signed up last night - received gift voucher this morning. Placed my order (bracelet £7.25), entered voucher, all went through okay.........no payment necessary.

Thanks SO much OP - I ended up spending £5.50 but I couldn't resist the sanctuary bracelet and the other one I wanted which would have been free was OOS

I joined the mailing list today , received the £10 gift voucher code in around 10 mins and it took the £10 off no problem

So with free delivery its still great value and reckon it will be worth every penny! :D:D

Just out of curiosity what browser and email address did you use,was it Hotmail for example and IE ?
