No, I paid £14.45 for the bracelet. It was full price & didn't have the £10 code knocked off, even though I used it. Because I also received the funny heart as a free gift they are now saying I'm only entitled to the difference in the bracelet & free gift as a re fundNow thanks to Tommix & Queen Bear, now Lady Westy of Woodpecker0 -

I'm not sure yet. If they charge me for postage it will cost me a lot as the blommin heart I didn't ask for is quite heavy. I'll see what they say in response to my email. Now thanks to Tommix & Queen Bear, now Lady Westy of Woodpecker0 -

how much is the item your trying to buy?
your probably not doing this but when i had my code the item iwanted was £8.25 so when i added the code a box came up and said something like "you have £2.75 remaining" or similer but the total to pay the bottom was £0.00
Maybe double check?
I tried wood11 last night and got the whole £10 off but was scared to use it lol,i found a few more with a few quid off but didnt bother using them.Mummy to 4 gorgeous children
